I do discipline him. But spanking never worked. He usually would laugh it off or pretend to spank himself if we used it as a threat. Spanking had been off the list for quite some time. Plus it's not as if something like that would help him while he's at school.

He's bad about keeping his hands to himself. Always hurting other kids. He's gotten so many "tickets" from school. I knew it was just a matter of time. But I'm still pretty speechless about the matter.

While my daughter hasn't been suspended yet, I feel the same way. We're trying a sticker chart at the moment.
