This is what it has come to... after 5and a half months of exclusively breastfeeding my supply plummeted about 4 days ago... I tore up my entire town to find these damn things... 1 at GNC 1 at Walmart and 2 at The Vitamin Shoppe... this better work... #brewersyeast cause im not drinking beer #fenugreek my pee smells like waffles #fennel seed starting today#blessesthistle starting today... fml... I will reach my goal of 1 year breastfeeding!

@aliakr, I have been experimenting... right now my boobs arent about to explode like bazookas but they were... so I dropped down on some I take 2 fenugreek 3 times a day and 1 of each of the others 3 times a day ill post some before and after screenies let me grab them
