Just curious how long did you mamas BF for? I'm barely hanging on at 2 weeks lol! In my opinion, there is no "right" way or better yet "best" way to feed your baby. Whatever works for you works for you. But I still can't help but to feel guilty if I do stop breastfeeding. Ugh why must I be so indecisive😭
12 weeks and going! The first month was tough! M didn't latch properly due to several factors. At 5 days old, I had to begin pumping and bottle feeding after every nursing to ensure she was getting enough nutrients. After 2-3 wks, just when we found our rhythm, I got mastitis and had to nurse while sick and in pain. I'd like to nurse for a year but we'll see. I fear the teething stage. 😔
Six amazing months! I had supply issues during the first month and it was so overwhelmingly difficult at times, I thought about stopping every day. Looking back now I would absolutely endure everything again tenfold in order to be in the place I am now! I am so glad I didn't give up (: the bond my son and I have is priceless 🖤
Good for you mamas! I guess I'll just have to see how things go for myself & for my daughter. I have to learn to not be so hard on myself & just focus on what I can do instead of what I can't.
6 months and counting! The first month is definitely the hardest. I almost exclusively pumped for about the first month because my son refused to latch properly 😑 I want to continue for at least 1 year.
Im almost 7m strong 💧
I thought about quitting at least a thousand times but here I am. I won't be surprised if im one of those weirdos nursing a 5yr old lmao
Almost 9 months with triplets 😊😊😊 @_wanderingstar personally for me it was the best & better way but I don't feel like any mama should feel guilty if and when they stop. Feel proud for the amount of time you do it. I will say in the beg I didn't feel like I do now, I love it and my favorite feedings are the midnight ones.
