It healed up quickly. Just keep it moist with vasoline every diaper change and you shouldn't have an issue. It looks way worse than it is for them.

@twinmomma2b I'm definitely going to circumsize I just hadn't even thought anything about it till now lol

@krissullivan59 I've been thinking about it since I found out I was pregnant. My husband and I decided if we had a boy or 2 boys they'd get circumsized. It's definitely something to think about.

I found out a couple weeks ago that I'm having a boy and it wasn't until reading this that I even thought about circumsiztion lol oops better start thinking about that

I did my son 1 month after he was born because he was born little. all I need to do it change his diaper alot and put ointment and don't give him a bath until the little ring fall off. I just sponges bathed him

@twinmomma2b, he didn't seem to be in any pain. He cried when it was done in the hospital but not after. Just keep the ointment on it and don't pick at the bandage or anything.

It got done the next day. He was born at 11:34am and he had it done in the early morning the next day

@mommy.to.a.prince did it get done at the hospital before you left or did you have to go back another day?

It was purple and blue but it's normal. It healed pretty quickly and kept putting a&d ointment on it and it healed fast. And they don't feel a thing. My son didn't

Thank you @morganmommy79 did he seem to be in alot of pain? Me and my husband are going to get kai circumsized as soon as we can after he's born and I just wanted to know what to expect

Bloody and scary looking but he didn't seem to have a problem once it was done. It made me cry tho as bad as it looked. I kept putting tons of ointment on it tho to keep it from sticking to the diaper.
