Trying rubbing Vicks on your temples and just massage it for at least 3 min it might help
I think that butalb is the same thing as fioricet.... I have had both prescribed, dang it I wish that it helped more.
maybe try asking for Butlab. I get severe ones EVERY DAY & it calms them down enough. sometimes they go away completely. I was given ibuprofen, Butlab, and sumatriptan. Ibuprofen NEVER worked. (Tylenol stopped). Butlab doesn't make me as sleepy as sumatriptan does..

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. I know that you can do the same with peppermint oil and sometimes taking a nap helps wonder, bc your muscles relax!
