I NEED HELP I have severe migraines and my dr prescribed fioricet but it does not take them away, what do I do......

I have tried regular acetaminophen and like a coke. And it does nothing

maybe try asking for Butlab. I get severe ones EVERY DAY & it calms them down enough. sometimes they go away completely. I was given ibuprofen, Butlab, and sumatriptan. Ibuprofen NEVER worked. (Tylenol stopped). Butlab doesn't make me as sleepy as sumatriptan does..

I think that butalb is the same thing as fioricet.... I have had both prescribed, dang it I wish that it helped more.

Trying rubbing Vicks on your temples and just massage it for at least 3 min it might help

@ixbelgarcia, I thought Vicks isn't recommended when pregnant? Maybe I'm wrong 🤔

I know that you can do the same with peppermint oil and sometimes taking a nap helps wonder, bc your muscles relax!
