The medela nipple cream worked best for me!
My sister made me some nipple cream it's shea butter and coconut oil. It's amazing!
Medela nipple ointment works wonderful... my lc from my last reccommended after feeding squeeze a very little amount of milk out and rub it on your nipple let it air dry and after its dry apply the cream
Use lanolin cream! You can get the one where it's safe if your baby gets it in their mouth. It helps with rehydrating them
