What helps with heartburn? It's not recommended to take more than 6 tums in 24 hours while pregnant so I'm trying to find something else that'll help...

@skylinrainwater, I take a Zantac 75 each morning before I eat anything and it helps so much. When I don't take one I can tell the difference. They are also perfectly safe to take throughout the pregnancy.
