So tonight there was this German culture event called WurstFest. We had such a blast!! The first big event we've gone to since the baby was born. The baby was dressed up in baby lederhosen and was seriously the star of the day everyone couldn't stop staring and saying how adorable he was. All these old ladies kept asking to hold him and feed him lol it was cute. And the baby did sooooo good we were there for like 5 hours and he didn't fuss one bit!!! I couldn't believe how well he did! It felt so nice to really be out of the house with my little family for something other than running errands or eating out! We really enjoyed ourselves, mommy even had a couple beers!! The best part of the night was I made a mommy friend!!! Not only that but I made a friend lol the first one since moving out here almost 2 years ago. We clicked right away as she was holding her 6month old baby boy and I was walking around with my almost 4month old son in his baby carrier. By the end of our conversation we decided hey lets get each other's numbers and Facebook and make a date! I know this may sound stupid to some but for those of you out there who have such a hard time making friends as an adult and trying to make mommy friends this was such a blessing for me! It never happens that easy. I feel so silly getting so giddy and excited over something like this but it's actually pretty awesome and I'm stoked! I can't wait to hang with my new friend and our super cute babies! Here's my husband and son all dressed up for the event! Later this year will be Oktoberfest and I plan on getting a drindl so the whole family will be dressed up! I can't wait!! ❤️🇩🇪🍻
