You'll need pillows for help at this point. Doggy with pillows under you or on your back legs up with a pillow under your hips. That's what worked for me

I'm try laying on my back

I laid on my side or my back and my husband laid sideways. Just positioned my legs as needed. Doggy worked for us as well or laying on your back with pillows under you at the end of the bed and your SO standing. Over a chair worked as well. Yeah we got creative as my belly grew lol. My belly did not stop my husband.

Lay on your side! He can reposition your legs as needed. Only way I had sex when my belly got huge
