Okay, I absolutely love my husband and we have no problems in the bedroom whatsoever. BUT ever since I became pregnant sex is SUPER painful for me. I feel like I'm being ripped apart and after my vag stays very sore and swollen till the next day. It makes me dread sex (and believe me I love sex) because of how bad it hurts me. It has just gotten worse since I hit my third trimester. It almost makes me wanna cry with how bad it hurts. Has anyone else had this issue? And if so what did you do to help solve it?

I have this issue and it started early in my second trimester. I have to talk with my doctor about it because the baby feels low.

@js_kidsmom, I forgot to mention it at my last OB appointment! It all started when I got pregnant. ☹️ I love my husband but it makes me feel so bad because I feel like he wants it all the time and I don't because of how bad it hurts me.

Tell him to be gentle. Sometimes it hurts. Sometimes it doesn't. If the baby moves up o let my boyfriend be more rough. If the baby is active and low I tell him to slow down. But one thing is I actually had a yeast infection a few weeks ago. After I treated it I was pretty much pain free

@exoticyuri, he's always so gentle because I tell him how bad it hurts me. He lets me do most of the work till I'm comfortable. It's just getting it in the first time is the WORST part, then sliding it out hurts like a SOB.

I'm in the same situation and honestly it started after the second trimester , it's really making me dread having sex as well especially because he's so turned on all the time and he says he's in love with my pregnancy body but goodness I want my sex life back we would do it every single day and even multiple times a day and now it's like once in a blue moon because I just can't take it

It's from the increase in blood volume in your body that makes already sensitive parts SUPER sensitive. I was the same way, I'd stay swollen for days. Unfortunately nothing is going to fix it except for having the baby. I haven't had sex in almost 2.5 months

I had the same thing and mine was an infection I would call and see if you could get checked for uti and yeast infection there so common in pregnancy

Well no infection is a plus at least but yeah it's crazy how much pregnancy changes your body sex was painful for me to but most of the time it's cause I had an infection

Happens to me every pregnancy 😩 I would soak and nice bath afterwards and it would help slightly
