So exhausted. The past three nights my newborn has been waking us both up because he'll make grunting sounds in his sleep like he's waking up but he's actually just trying to poop. So he'll toss and turn for at least two hours while making sounds in his sleep
Any advice? He does this and makes these sounds for hours and still won't poop till way later. I just let him lay and fart for thirty minutes and changed his diaper and it was clean of poop

Do bicycles w his legs to help him rid the gas. Burp baby often so he won't get gas. And buy coffee lots of coffee lol

Why Are Many Women Unaware of Their Own Anatomy?
the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.
