I'd love to put "Fitness Mommy" in this about post, but then I'd feel like I'm lying. I love working out and being fit, actually took my personal trainer certification course and passed, (I just need to finish my internship now to get my license) but during my pregnancy I let myself go, so now I'm not as strong or as fit. I'm slowly working on getting myself back into healthy shape while taking care of my baby boy at home while my husband works.

Anybody up and feeling like talking about postpartum sex experience? My husband has been getting really upset that I don't want to do it.

So exhausted. The past three nights my newborn has been waking us both up because he'll make grunting sounds in his sleep like he's waking up but he's actually just trying to poop. So he'll toss and turn for at least two hours while making sounds in his sleep
Any advice? He does this and makes these sounds for hours and still won't poop till way later. I just let him lay and fart for thirty minutes and changed his diaper and it was clean of poop

So, all the mamas out there, have any of you started home based businesses like itWorks, Mary Kay, etc.? Because two years ago, I jumped and bought the ItWorks distributor thing and I was a lot more shy than now and didn't try and then when I was pregnant, I bought into Mary Kay because I was trying to rush into something but I'm not actually into makeup myself, and now I'm thinking of trying Beachbody Coach program because I'm a certified personal trainer, love fitness, and think it could work....
