My son was only 3 weeks early and we've had problems because he wasn't finished developing and 37 weeks is hardly considered pre term by most doctors

I slept terrible when I was pregnant! I couldn't sleep at night which made me sleep late into the day. Plus I was so uncomfortable. And I wish I would of focused a little bit more on me time. But my last few weeks pregnant were a little chaotic. @beebaby, and yes! @serenemom, so many moms don't realize this! Especially from women who have had there children premature and how horrible it is to go through that!

My friends dr told her 36 weeks was term, I couldn't imagine him being even a week earlier. It would have been so much harder @beebaby

Their was a sign at the hospital saying anything before 39 weeks was to early. There are so many things going on still inside the womb that are vital to the baby those last couple weeks, as you have witnessed first hand by having your child at 37 weeks. @jsco, so many of these moms need to know that. I know we are uncomfortable and just want them here but it's important for them to stay in as long as they can.

I wanted him out so bad I wanted to go into labor early. And then I was induced and actually had to have him and he in particular was not ready to come out.

Due dates are estimates. When someone thinks they are even 39 weeks you could still be a week or so behind. Lungs aren't even fully developed till 39 weeks. I hate when girls rush. Smh! I see too many who wanna get pregnant, then don't wanna be pregnant for too long so they rush, then when baby arrives they pass them off. So pathetic.

Oh I know! I was thee most uncomfortable I've ever been toward the end if my pregnancy. But some women on here 35-38 weeks are already trying to speed things up to try and make themselves go into labor. We have a right to bitch lol. But when someone is trying to do all these "things " to make themselves go into labor when they aren't 39 weeks is like just hold on a little longer! A family of twins I can't imagine two babies in there. Extra the discomfort. But for you having your babies a couple weeks early is normal. I was born 2 weeks early and we were fine. I hear you @jaxmama, good luck ladies! Hang in there :)
