Omg!!! It's like I have the hardest time trying to poop, it's really really painful!! I try to wait until I really have to go but sometimes it's takes almost a week before I can even get anything out, and when I try to push gently it hurts just as bad as if I were straining!!! #PreggoProblems #ThisIsAwful 😕😐😒

My doctor said miralax is safe for pregnancy and it doesn't give me diarrhea . Otherwise I can't poop for a week

It takes a few days to fully work but I had success after 10 hours. Not all the way but some relief. It definitely stimulates you @babykarter, @ecahanes,
