I like the triple green teas, usually in the specialty section of pharmacy for holistic choices. I would get sick if I didnt eat before or up to 15 minutes after taking them.

@trice4990 nah, like 15-20 dollars. They sell it at Walgreens, heres the one i tried. DRINK plenty over water too! Otherwise you feel like a sponge in the sun.

It helped curb my apatite and gave me energy.
