Any mommas have problems with dry/scratchy throat in the evening/night on and off while pregnant? I'd think I'd be getting sick but it's been on and off since my first trimester. Not sure if it's from my allergies or not.

Most likely it can be from allergies too I get it every morning too then it goes away later when I wake up . My nose also get stuffed up to. Do you have a humidifier that can help

@mami1234 no I have to get one but it always starts either at night or like around 5-6pm and it's not even every night it's on and off. I figured it was from my allergies but not sure if anyone else had the same problem

Yea i also have a humidifier right next to my pillow. I used to get bloody noses in my first trimester because my nose was so dry but ever since getting the humidifier.... It works wonders.

That happened to me. I woke up in the middle of the night a couple nights ago with a horrible scratchy sore throat. I went to bed and was fine, and about an hour into my sleep woke up and it was killing me. Next day, completely fine. Next night, same thing! I think it may have something to do with post nasal drip.

@kirstin678 I think it has a lot to do with it cuz of my allergies. It's just super annoying.
