A lot of hospitals offer free breastfeeding support groups, if you have given birth at one? If you yelp some places / a lot of communities have programs to support mothers for free...

Your local WIC office should offer free help. And the hospital should have a lactation nurse who can help.

Look up la leche league new york. They do meet ups for support and may be able to come to your home for help.
