When should my situation down there go back to normal?? It's a little over 2 weeks since I had my baby and it's horrifying! It doesn't even look like they sewed me up right!

Poor thing! It will heal up you may still be swollen on the inside i know (tmi) but if you have swelling that makes the stiching look different. It takes 6 weeks usually.

If I workout it's just walking so far my bleeding has stopped but when I walk too much I start spotting. And I had a med free vaginal birth.... and that was on accident. I didn't know I was in labor and she came 15 min after arriving at the hospital.
