If I workout it's just walking so far my bleeding has stopped but when I walk too much I start spotting. And I had a med free vaginal birth.... and that was on accident. I didn't know I was in labor and she came 15 min after arriving at the hospital.

I'm able to workout and do everything with out hurting, I've already stopped bleeding but it still looks awful down there.. @andrewsmommy @jaimeerae @sarah30israel

Yeah I'm at 5 weeks and still get sore.

Poor thing! It will heal up you may still be swollen on the inside i know (tmi) but if you have swelling that makes the stiching look different. It takes 6 weeks usually.
