So my due date is April 5th and I been to the doctor and step on the demon scale lol that readed 210 lbs..how soon after birth did you drop your baby weight? I dont know why I care so much about my weight during this pregnancy than with my 1st born. What tips for dropping the weight. Thank you

I was under my pre pregnancy weight..2wks pp... I breastfeed and only gained 23lbs
I was fitting into some stuff around 8wks pp but since around New Years I've been working out again & eating healthier and I've definitely cut a lot of fat, and definitely built muscle. My back is crazy lol. It depends on your goals. I am trying to cut but am guilty of indulging a lot, but my goal is to indulge a little less, cut weight for like 3 wks and then go harder with weights and lifting. I'm trying to be a trainer tho so I know my ideas aren't realistic to everyone

I lost 50 lbs right before I had my son and I gained a few lbs right before I found out I was pregnant then I gained 70 lbs being pregnant so now I'm back at the beginning and not only that it's a lot harder to lose weight now Ive been dieting and exercising like crazy and my body is at like a freeze
I dropped 40 lbs the first month from breast feeding and then when I got on birth control I gained 16 and now after 7 months I started dieting and exercising and Ive lost 14 lbs, 4 inches on my waist and 3 inches on my hips
Gotta change your diet & exercise. Breastfeeding helps (i formula feed though) I'm back in all my pre pregnancy clothes, my hips are wider from pregnancy but other than that I'm almost back completely !
I loveee to eat everything lmao. Bread macaroni chicken cutlets fried everything lol but thanks girl I'm trying to work on it soon as baby gets a little older !!❤
