First time trying parents we got the first ultrasound February 10th. The next appointment is in a week this to me still doesn't feel real. Not that im not overjoyed it just hasn't hit me yet...
Is that normal?
Has this happen to anyone else?

Completely normal... Emotional life changing stuff takes awhile to sink in for me for some reason.. but yet I'll cry at anything on TV lol
