There's a fb page called cat seats for little that has certified technicians that answer any questions you have related to car seats. Someone posted this awhile Ago n they said they weren't approved or safe
That's a no go for me. Cause for 5yrs and younger it's not enough protection and if I put that on my 9 yr old that is the size of a 7 yr old he would look at me like, for real mom???? Lol
