Woke up this morning at 3am, even though we went to bed at 1am!!😂 Fed our baby girl and changed her, put her to sleep! Her grandma had the monitor to go down stairs if she was crying at all! We went to the gym for 4am! I jogged for 48 minutes!! I wanted to do an hour but we had to be back for 5:30am and time was getting close! But it felt so good to workout and push myself towards my goal! Hubs is such a great motivation for me!💜 can't wait to go tomorrow morning! 😊😆
I'll admit I lost my baby weight quick after my boy but though I'm skinny I'm not exactly healthy. I've been trying to find the drive to go to the gym to get strong again and eating healthy is forever my struggle! But you're 1month postpartum and so driven!! You'll reach your goal in no time! Kudos to you! & good luck❤️
😂 thank you. I am really trying to lose 30lbs by my birthday.. which is in 2 months😣 in order to make that happen my ass gotta be up at 3am every morning expect Saturdays and Sundays. Those 2 days we are going to workout at home. It's helpful that we been waking up at 3am anyways because that is when chloe wakes up to eat lol. You skinny girl! You in good shape! You don't have to worry about it lol
Just try to find the time to go like 3 times a week if you can. Every little effort counts. Lol eating healthy is hard.. just have to push yourself! I am defiantly determined to lose weight. I was tired at 22 minutes.. but I didnt give up and kept pushing myself. Thank you ❤😊 @sydbooker
