Ok I really need some advice. My child's grandmother( her dads mom) just moved back from Nebraska and I guess she's bother by the fact that my daughter doesn't like her too well (probably cause she doesn't know her) and she blames me for it because I didn't want to send my child who wasn't even 1 yet to Nebraska for , not a week, but a MONTH OR 2 😒but instead of trying to get her more often since she lives closer now she wanted to get in her feelings and not come around for a couple weeks and now out the blue she expects me to let her get my child for 2 weeks straight. I don't wanna be a bitch be that's just too long to be away from my child. I just wanted to know was I in the wrong in any way? Anytime she's asked to get her I've let her but I just don't feel comfortable throwing my child off to someone she barely knows for 2 whole weeks.
Can you suggest starting with a weekend and work up to longer stays?
Oh hell no that's all I gotta say. Who cares if she's mad if I was you I would never! I would be so worried that my son would be scared because he didn't know where he was or who he was with . Nope never
Girl no. My mother in law is the same way but except she has temporary custody of my son which is driving me completely crazy because every time I wanna go visit my son, this bitch act like she don't want me to see my son. And then every time I call and check on him, she don't even answer the damn phone. Girl you are not in the wrong.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?
Thanks ladies i feel so much better knowing I'm not the only one who feels like what she's asking for is too much. 2 weeks is too long even if she knew her well. Like she's my first child my life kinda revolves around her. I don't need a 2 week break. Had she asked for her for the weekend it wouldn't be as bad but a week is too long especially knowing my baby isn't comfortable around her like she literally cries the entire time she's around her.
