I have a question. Hopefully not tmi but I need to know if anyone has went through this and if so what to do to help.
After having my son I have notice this.
When my fiancé and I are being intimate, I find it that my body doesn't create its own "natural lubricants", we for play and what not and still nothing. I am physically and mentally attracted to my SO, so it's nothing to do with that.
So of course the beginning of sex hurts but a couple min later then "natural lubricants" for myself come into play.
I know how that as we as woman get older that type of thing happens but not at 26.
I know buying lube would help but I just feel like at my age I should be good to go without it.
Help!

I had the same issue after baby #2. I just started buying the lube and eventually it got better. I was only 21 when this happened to me

I've read it can happen and that it will come back over time but my youngest is a yr! @jdamommy3,

@genesismommy26, took me almost 2 yrs to get it back. Was awful. My guy felt like he wasn't doing his "job" good enough.

That's how I feel, I told him it's nothing about him at all, but it makes me feel bad and for him too! Hopefully something will come of it soon! @jdamommy3,

I'm just starting to get back to normal too, 7 months pp. I have the same issue. I also think me getting off my bc pills helped I read dryness was a side effect.

I think it's semi normal, takes 40 weeks to grow a baby, probably takes the same amount of time to get back if not longer
