@mamaofindierose I was so scared because I didn't know what to expect. I made sure I had someone in there who was going to help me through it other then my boyfriend, his mom was in there for the entire thing she has had 4 children so she knew what to tell me and how to help me. The thing I was most scared about was pooping while I was pushing 😂 but by the time it was ready to push I didn't care anymore, I was so ready to push her out so I could meet her and all that pressure could go away.

@lisa_gandy, awe congrats again that's awesome - I hope mine comes on her own! Yeah, I've heard that's the point a lot of people get the epidural after being so tired and exhausted - I bet it helps soooo much

@mamaofindierose Thank you so much! I had her a day before my due date, she was due February 1st. A few days before I had her my boyfriends friend was like I know you are going to have her on the 31st because it is his birthday haha. I wanted to try and go natural as long as I could but I needed to get some sleep I didn't sleep at all the night before and I was exhausted.

@lisa_gandy Awe that's a great birth story! So happy for you! Was she born on her due date or did u have her before/after? I really want to have a natural birth but if the pain is too much I'm not opposed to asking for the epi lol I'm so anxious to go into labor!!!!

@mamaofindierose Yess it goes by so fast once your LO gets here. I felt like yesterday I had her, she'll be 3 weeks on Tuesday 2/21...Maybe it went by super fast for me because I was always asleep haha...Lol that's funny, You will know when it's a contraction! They are hella intense. I lost my mucus plug after a short walk on January 30th so my OB sent me to labor and delivery I was there for hours getting monitored and they checked me so many times, I think that is went sent me into labor. I was 2.5cm dilated 80% effaced and at station -2 I wasn't making any progress so they sent me home and later that night maybe around 2AM the contractions started coming and was way more intense. I was having contractions all night long every time I fell asleep I would wake back up with another one. My boyfriend told me the day after I had her that he knew she was coming because every time he got up I was up walking around, he said that I could not stay still and that I was making real loud noises haha. On the 31st I woke up hella early and decided to not try and go back to sleep so I got in the shower ro see if that would help but it didn't and during the entire night I was going to the bathroom. My boyfriends mom had someone important coming over to the house at 10AM so we decided to go to the park around the corner and walk and thag had made things 10times worse I was like we have to go now we called his mom to tell her it was time to go we headed to the hospital we got there maybe around 11AM I got put into a room and I told them I need something to help with these contractions right now! They checked me and I was 4cm dilated 100% effaced and at station 0 and they took me to my labor and delivery room. They gave me some IV pain medication and it worked real good it made me feel drunk and the room was spinning but it only worked for an hour but when it started to stop working they lady came in to give me my epidural (which in my opinion was life lmao 😂😂) maybe around 2ish im not sure my nurse came in to check me and I was 6cm dilated she asked if I wanted them to break my water and I told them no I want to see if it will break on its own and then when she was walking out I felt a gush of warm fluid, I though I peed on myself but I had the catheter in so she knew my water broke and then about 7PM I started to feel real bad pressure down there, it felt like I needed to poop and then an hour after pushing my little girl was born at 8:13pm on 1/31/17

@lisa_gandy, I'm sure once she's here I'll be like wow time really does fly 😂 but right now it's like each day drags on & im like was that a contraction or just her moving 🤔 lol

@jsco, awe thanks!! Im always worried cause my ob says I'm measuring 2 weeks behind in centimeters but everything looked great at my last ultrasound regarding her size 👍

@mamaofindierose lol yes when I was pushing and her head was right there my boyfriends mom said they kept playing with her hair 😂😂 Yayyy I can't wait to see!! I bet you are beyond ready to meet your little princess.

@lisa_gandy, lmao! Well it looks like she has a good full head of hair 😜 at my last ultrasound they said Indie has a full head of hair too!! I can't wait to seeeeeee 😅
