How old was your baby when you introduced them to real milk?

I give my daughter a few sips of my milk or when we have cereal she gets some milk. Other than that I won't start transitioning until she's 11 months. I'll start with 7 oz formula mixed with 3 oz milk then work our way to half and half. At one I plan to have her completely off formula and on milk.

Theyre suppose to be a year.
