My fiancé has a daughter with his ex & im omg yesterday they went to court and they Only gave him split custody which it's nothing cause the more mmmm gets more out of it and she is not even a good mom . She has been in jail and Has had CPS called on her with the first son & does not work . My fiancé does not have any bad record on him and he works and we have our own place . The system is really fucked up , why would they give custody of a child to someone that can hardly even take care of them selfs 😑😒

@dawnrose, they didn't get to see a judge it was a agreement that his attorney and the courts attorney agreed on . So they never even saw a judge . My bf attorney was just a piece of 💩💩

@momof3cuties, yes my bf is planning on getting a different attorney because the one he had just stole his money and didn't do anything for him . It was 3,000 dollars that just went down the drain with that attorney he had 😠

did the judge deemed her an unfit mother? or is that your personal opinion? if you feel that way I would kept records and everything so you can take her back to court and fight for full custody. show that you and your husband are more capable to raise the child than she is.

@allyk.xmommy, yes it is very difficult when you have people like that specially when they want to look all innocent in front of the judge 🙄. The baby stinks when we pick her and always has diaper rash every time we get her . We have to be putting rash cream so it can go away by the time she goes back .

They will take a child from the mother. I know someone who lost her child because she didn't have her own place but had a room for the child. The mother had a job and was able to support the child. I would fight it too.

That's ridiculous. I would fight it. Every time she messes up, write down date, what it was, and get proof. Keep every receipt spent on his daughter and transportation expense. Keep all records and reapply for custody. With specifics of when he wants her, and if he wants child support and things like that. I've seen some nasty cases and it is EXTREMELY difficult

because judges don't like taking kids from their mother, unless the mother is unfit. she'll get child support to help with his child.
