That's deff eczema. If you're using johnson lotion dont use it anymore. It dries out their skin.

@andrewsmommy, no I've never used Johnson & Johnson on him, I use Aveeno fragrance free & paraben free but it also irritates him.

Aveeno is actually owned by Johnson & Johnson. Maybe try coconut oil instead

And breastmilk! You can give him milk baths

Have you tried to go full natural? I know it sounds weird for some but pure organic coconut oil can be helpful for sensitive skin. you can use it for everything, if you'd like I could even send you how to do it yourself.

My daughter has eczema. Keep him in only one layer of clothes. Heat makes it worse. My daughter reacts well to aquaphor and California baby calendula cream.

I was just about to buy a bunch of aveeno I looked at the comments everyone is complaining about the new formula giving their babies rashes, I hope your LO gets better tmrw... def not buying it now I had no idea J&J made it either

@mommywynn2017, I know I'm so upset I had no idea it was from Johnson & Johnson. Definitely not using that on him anymore with all the scandal about that company and the chemicals their using I swore to not use it on him & I'm so upset to know that I was using one of their products.

i know so sad that we live somewhere that companies can claim "safe for sensitive skin/infants" but have all those chemicals in them smh... I wud go for coconut oil as others have suggested... I'm still pregnant so no experience with infants but my best friend uses it on her son and also I used it to clear my face up and keep it moisturized, worked wonders.

Yes a lot of people don't know that unfortunately. I use coconut oil for everything ! Even on my dog lol it's very good.

Cetaphil baby lotion

I have eczema and usually only use the lotions specially formulated for eczema. But also it makes it a lot worse if I use certain detergents on my laundry. So maybe try a diff laundry soap?? I can only use ALL for sensitive skin, fragrance free.

My daughter has these exact rashes it's eczema. Bath baby in water only maybe twice a week max. I'm currently using eucerin n petroleum jelly on her skin for moisture, coconut oil is also great but not the one as seen in the comments. The one that is used to cook. Coconut oil in its natural form not that fragranced one above. Also switch laundry detergent to a non fragranced one like All. N use that for urself n anyone else who holds the baby frequently, also for crib sheets n ur bed sheets. When baby is being held by anyone who isn't using the same detergent use a receiving blanket to shield baby's skin from their clothing. Everything takes two weeks to start working. Also hydrocortisone cream is a gift for itching

Moisturize baby's skin as often as u can

Also start watching what u eat as a nursing mom. Sometimes baby reacts to what we are eating. Like my daughter in her earlier days reacted to coffee n peanuts .... so start keeping track of what I eat n the triggers @paulamacias76,

My baby has eczema and i used hydrocortisone and vaseline the dermatologist tell me how to apply the cream but when i don't want to used hydrocortisone to much i start to search what i eat and my baby has allergy to milk, soy and eggs so i stop eating that im still breastfeed and her skin improve a lot . I hope this help you

Do u breastfeed? if so try pouring some leftover breast milk in his bath water. That should do the trick.

My daughters skin looked like this is certain spots, she had eczema ( which she eventually grew out of ) the only thing that worked really well was Aquaphor, every night after her bath I would cover her in it & by the morning she would be clear, but I made sure to keep up & do it every night
