So hubby has been looking into classes here at home to finish getting his CDL and he can't get…

If he stays where he is at does he still have to pay that much? I know it's hard to be away from home but tell him to stick it out a bit longer because if he gives up now all those sweat and tears would have been for nothing. He can do this! Where there is a will there is a way! ❤️❤️💕

@babybearblue2 He came home last Thursday cuz they were gonna fail him out and he almost caused an accident on the road cuz they made him go on the high way and he wasn't rdy and the instructor didn't seem to care and he didn't feel that even if he got it he wouldn't be safe on the road. Where he was he wasn't making any money at all it was only training. He hasn't worked since before the training and now they say he made too much but if he doesn't work a few months they will give him the funding...which he can't do cuz we need the money especially since we have a baby on the way....I may be able to get a loan for that much but I'd need a co singer due to not having enough income compared to what I pay out but I'll have the credit for it.

@babybearblue2 Thank you hunny I hope so cuz I am using all my PTO to help my mom right now so I won't have any paid maternity leave.

@lillyb can he get a loan through the federal government for school, like financial aid but its a loan? I got one once because i HAD TO and it doesn't go off of credit...

@b3autifulm3ss The only thing that worries me about that is he still owes from his degree and he hasn't paid on them he has ignored them...so idk if they will help them

My husband got his CDL for free by working for a company as a dock worker and taking the class that they offered for free to their employees. Maybe he can find a company that offers this..

@pkraft314 That is an idea but the only down side about that is if he does that by the time they offer them the class he will have to renew his CDL permit and put out another $10]
