is there sumthing wrong with making a 8 ounce bottle for a baby that 4 months

My daughter drinks 8oz bottles for a few days when she's going through a growth spurt. Then she'll go down to less. Now she drinks 6 oz.

i have a problem with the time feeding

My son drinks 4-5 oz bottles during the day but an 8 oz bottle before bed

she asked how much i give him i said 6 oz

Did he say how much to feed him?

so should i not give the 8oz bottles nomore

The recommendation I found is "Offer 2.5 ounces of formula per pound of body weight each day. For example, if your baby weighs 6 pounds, you'll give her about 15 ounces of formula in a 24-hour period" for 4-6 months babies - I hope that helps

Is it Formula or breastmilk bc my doc said that most babies after 2months have 2-4oz and that includes 4months too. If it is breastmilk it is not so important bc I heard you can't overfeed a baby on breastmilk ...

Every child is different, if you are unsure - call the pediatrician tomorrow morning and ask :) let me know as well bc I'm curious :)!

Mmmmm is her dr worried about her weight? All babies eat different oz at different ages. 4 months my son was only on 2-4oz
