My right nipple was bleeding at one point and she ingested it then spit it up. :/ I apply lansinoh after each feeding, and apply the cold gel packs for nipples. It's much better but still sore. Make sure he latches properly. My daughter like to pacify off just my nipple and I have to make her re latch
