You should really see a doctor as soon as you find out that you're pregnant. Especially if it's your first. There is a lot that you need to know

No one can tell you how many weeks or months you are just by looking at you.. You really need to see a doctor to confirm that you even are pregnant.

You just said that you haven't seen a doctor yet....

If you seen an ob you'd get urine tested and at least set up for an us at which they will date your sac for an estimation of how many weeks. Also, you would have blood drawn to tell roughly how far along you are as well
