@rachelcorder08132 its not "normal" but it can happen. At 14 weeks, you shouldnt be bleeding though and it wouldnt be a "period" you should talk to your dr because there definitely is something else going on

They're not technically periods, but some bleeding can be considered "normal". I would recommend talking to the OB about it.
