Hey mamas-
I'm six weeks pregnant and the tiredness has hit hard!
Kinda feels like the flu coming on plus bad headaches which I've heard is completely normal.
Have any of you dealt with all over body aches during your first trimester?
Any advice helps! Thanks!

I'm sure we all have. Your body is changing daily to support the baby.

@beebaby, thanks! That makes me feel better knowing that :)

Oh yeah girl during my first trimester all I did was work and sleep! My mom would wake me up just to eat I would sleep so much! Just make sure you drink tons of water and keep up with prenatals. Unfortunately there's just some stuff we can't do anything for but just try to deal 😅 I took a lot of baths!

@cassandra.coca, thanks girl! I've been fortunate so far with no horrible symptoms. This has been the worst of it.
I'll try a warm bath! That actually sounds amazing!

Yeah I mean I was lucky enough to not have any symptoms besides being sleepy but I did get preeclampsia bad at the end but no nausea or anything like that 🙄 hopefully it's like that next time around 😅 but keep walking and stuff too don't just sit around and let your body get all lazy and achy I was always told walking and what not helps with the symptoms!

@cassandra.coca, sorry to hear the end was rough for you :( glad your pregnancy was pretty enjoyable for the most part!
That's all I can hope for with this pregnancy. :)
I'm an aquatics supervisor so I'm pretty active during the day, but still try to take daily walks or yoga :) I don't want to gain a whole lot of unnecessary pregnancy weight lol
