Been working out and eating smaller healthier portions for a few days. I know it may sound odd, but I don't want to get pregnant til I drop a little weight and tone up. I have a feeling a will be pregnant this year , and I have my wedding in Aug next year so it will be nice to get in shape and stay working out (lightly) while pregnant.
I just have to stay focused!
Any snacks anyone likes to share?
Hummus w veggies or low carb flax pita bread / bananas are the best fruit you could eat pre workout
Not near me. We have a Rush/Golds Gym and they have a day care area. It up in price, so I'm trying to decide if that is the right route right now
I really with our weather would make up it's mind , it's to cold ( for our state) to bring the little ones out for a walk. My finances work schedule makes it to were he is off 1 or two days and I don't have anyone to watch the kids. I found a Pilates video from Jake Dupree on Pinterest along with others he has done.
@beebaby,
After my second I went to 150lb til the fall last yr, when I went to my doctor before my miscarriage last month I was at 170lb (within 4-5 months I gained 20lbs) I told my fiancé that I want to get down 20-30 lbs before having another.@beebaby,
That would be a good idea. I already do apples with peanut butter, carrots with a small amount of ranch and Greek yogurts for snacks.
I don't want to get bored and revert back.
Thanks @ecahanes, for the idea
I have to keep snacks in my pocket and hide them from my students so my go to is almonds, unsalted cashews and pistachios (already shelled) raisens or dried fruit like pineapple, apples and strawberries...if you don't have to sneak snacks, apples and peanut butter, pita chips or veggies and hummus
