Update*
I have to stay in hospital for a few days to monitor babies....one baby is not doing so good...heartbeat dropping and im scared....that i may have to deliver within a few hours.

Does anyone have any advice on products that really help get through the first few weeks with baby? It can be for baby or me. I only have a week left and i wanna make sure i have everything.
