Where is/was your 3 month old sleeping? So my baby boy has out grown his bassinet. I don't feel quite ready to have him sleep in his own room in his crib. Thinking about trying a trial run tonight though because he's too big for the bassinet and we don't want him in the bed with us. Lol my husband said we could bring the crib in the bedroom but it's so big and would be such a pain to get it/have it in the bedroom. I don't know what to do? 😐
@kenitra, he's so cute and looks so cozy! We are going to try the pack n play tonight I went ahead and picked one up today. It should work out perfect. I tried to let him sleep in his crib in his room last night but that didn't last very long lol
@mamasbabies, lol trust me I know! I wasn't prepared for this I didn't think he would outgrow it so soon. I want him to sleep by my bedside till he was at least 6 months. We'll see how it goes in the crib tonight. Who knows I might be buying a pack n play tomorrow lol
Really at 3 months hes to big for it. Awww they grow so fast. I wish my little girl can stay smal forever. Lol. I hope it works out well for yous.
@mamasbabies, I already have something similar to this next to the bed but he's too big for it, when he moves around at night he hits the sides with his arms and legs. I'm going to do a trial run in his crib tonight and see how it goes..
It goes right up against your bed where you can reach your arm right in. It is the best thing ever
Lol silly MIL! My mom got a pack n play online for 50 or 60 I think, one that has the raised bassinet part too. I gave her one that my goddaughter used when I watched her (since we got a new one from BIL who works for graco,) but it didn't have the raised part. I didn't think I'd cosleep, but I love it!!
@mamasbabies, can you please show me a picture of what your co sleeper looks like?
@kenitra, @babynessa, @js_kidsmom, @nowmrspost, Thanks for your input everyone. That was my first thought too so I think that's what I'm going to try. My MIL bought us a pack n play for our baby shower I was so happy but then later said it was for her house lol so I'm like cool you mean you bought yourself a pack n play 😂
Ya I'd try pack n play. It's recommended to keep baby in your bedroom til 1 year.
Have you tried a pack n play in your room? At 2 months my daughter was in her own room in her crib. If your not ready try a pack n play.
@kenitra, thanks for asking. It didn't go very well the first night but last was actually pretty good. It fits perfectly next to my bed and I'm much happier with it. I know he is too because he has much more room now. Definitely better than what he was in before. I'm glad we bought the pack n play! 👍🏻😃
