I wore my hospital gown the first day after having my babies. It was easier to breast feed and nursed kept coming in to check me . After i took a shower, I put on a nursing tank and maternity yoga pants. I brought house slippers and comfy non skid socks too. It was cold

*fluffy socks.. bring two pairs.
*dont worry about undies, trust me...they will give you mesh underwear and they help a lot.
*i just wore the hospital gowns they provided since I was breastfeeding.. made it a little easier for me but I would say a comfy nightgown.
