what can i do if my two month old is just throwing up

My nephew just got diagnosed with reflux and was given drops and had to switch to soy formula. He's a month old and was throwing up formula and wouldn't really drink breastmilk either.

and bottle feeding i changed her milk but she sneezes and coughs bit no fever
