Oh okay, thank you! I had mine on the side, but was told to place in the middle just i case we ever get hit on the sides.

My good friends fiance is an EMT and he told me to never put the car seat in the middle. If you get into an accident bad enough that car seat can go through the windshield, being on the side will be protected with the airbag. It's a really outdated thing to think the middle is the safest. That was what everyone was told when I was a baby.
