Today is the 7th day in a row that ive had a terrible headache. Does anyone know of anything i can try to get rid of it? Ive tried Tylenol and im drinking tons of water already

Possibly caffeine withdrawal? With my daughter I had migraines for 3 weeks straight.. I guess because I stopped drinking soda when I was used to drinking it everyday..
