I have a fever once again :/ I took Tylenol but it didn't go down much. Went from 102.3 to 100.5. Called the OBGYN said to go to the Er but I don't have a car and my mom won't drive me. I don't have money and I'm not going to call an ambulance. Any suggestions?

Took this lastnight...and I'm not sure how I should feel. I've made a terrible mistake by having sex so soon after having a baby but it has made such a precious thing. I really don't want to have an abortion but my Fiancé does. I understand why he wants to go that route but I just would feel absolutely terrible about doing that. I cried all night...I really don't know what to do. PLEASE NO JUDGING IM ONLY POSTING THIS FOR SUPPORT.
I have no friends! ? I have no actual proper friends! I never go on nights out cos I don't have friends to go with! It doesn't usually bother me but it's starting too! My oh is busy helping his friend move today and then tonight he's out at the boxing with his mates and out after! Rhys is at his dads so it's just me and Isabella! ??

You really should go to the ER. Elevated body temp is bad for the baby especially during early pregnancy.
