Message me if you ever need to chat :) honestly there will be times you'll question whether you were really ready, but truly no one is ever ready, you just do the best you can and be the best you can for your baby. It doesn't matter what anyone else thinks, your baby is gonna love you and always look up to you! Ugh sheep are my worst kind of people lol, leave them to their parties and not knowing if they've caught something from their 6 one night stands in the space of a week 😂😂

I've had it since amelia was born! Something you need to try shrug it off! As hard as it is I always used to think there looking at amelia cause she's just so god damn gorgeous and that I was proud aha made me feel better about people looking and judging now used it and doesn't bother me anymore :) @jo.wilcox,

@babybump0503, exactly the same boat! 3 years in may for us. We're living with his parents ATM, we're in the middle of sorting out moving which I can't wait! It sucks living under someone else's rules and being limited to a bedroom. You shouldn't let any of it bother you, it's the same for me they talk to you as if you're a child when it's clearly not the case! Sounds like you're well prepared, good on you! I think that label will always be there for us which is a shame but maybe if they weren't so ignorant they'd realise we're like any other mum and perfectly just as capable! X

@jo.wilcox ive only ever slept with my OH too and been together 3 years this summer, I still live with my grandparents atm so when I rang up the housing people and the lady on the phone said to me "well out of the money you have left you should start saving for the baby" and im thinking well im not bloody stupid love i didnt think the baby was gonna pop out and share my clothes and look for its own job. not to mention I have already got 95% of what I need for a newborn. my family think im going to be a good mum too but its just the fact that people think "oh another teen mum here we go." im not going to let it bother me too much but I have really bad anxiety and since I've been off my medication ive been worrying even more. but then I think that's just part of my personality now lol. and yes I agree about age, some people don't have children until they are late 20s early 30s and sometimes they are even worse at putting a child first. I think bringing up a child plays more on who you are instead of what you are. if that makes sense x

Exactly just ignore them you love your kid and look after him that's all that matters age is just a number there's young mums that are brilliant as well as older mums, not every bad parent is young xx

I had just turned 17 when I got with my partner, then 6 months in I moved in with him 🙈 got pregnant at 18, gave birth at 19 and got engaged on Valentine's Day last year! I totally agree with the being able to do things with them, I just hate the looks that I get it makes me feel as though I've done something wrong, but I know I love my child far more than some mothers and I do everything I can and always will to get him through life! X

@holliesinead, I feel your pain 🙈 with makeup it's not AS bad but still kinda. Without makeup people say I look about 15, it's so annoying. I have to carry I'd with me just to go on the fruit machines when we go to the arcade lmao! X

@babybump0503, I hear what you're saying, I was and still am the same. I definitely think it's cos certain girls our age give us all a bad name. Tbh the only person I've ever slept with is my partner, who I'm engaged to and who is daddy to Charlie, so I definitely don't deserve the stereotype. I've been with him for almost 3 years. I'm not interested in partying and sleeping around etc. It's not silly but although I'm the same, you shouldn't let it bother you. So long as you're everything your child needs and they have everything they need, our age means nothing tbh. Being a mum is the best thing that ever could've happened to me tbh! I'm not the greatest role model- I dropped out of my final year of college to live with my partner (we were 180 miles apart) but that doesn't make me incapable of being a good parent! C

Ignore them as much as you can Hun I was 17 when I had my little girl and got married, gonna be 19 when this baby makes an appearance, and trust me I've been called every name under the sun, still get people judging and making nasty comments now had older women in hospital come up to me and give me abuse but you know what it's none of their business, I rather have my babies young even though my first one wasnt planned when they're older I'll still be young and be able to do things and have time to work on my career, it's not like I didn't finish my education or not able to support my children xx

I was 19 when I fell pregnant with my daughter...had her at 20 :) now 21 :) The only negativity I got was from family lol! I went to college until I was 8.5 months :) Although people didnt know i was pregnant until 7 months lol :) xx

@jo.wilcox i turn 19 in March. i must admit I'm worried that people will judge me, not in a way that I care too much but just that they are wrong. there are alot of young mums around where I am and alot of them dont exactly give themself a very good name so I'm paranoid i will automatically be put in the same category. I've always felt 'older' for my age though, and my family have always noticed that I was ahead of myself so they all know that I'm going to be just like any other mum. but it's still in the back of my mind that people will assume that im going to leave baby with my mum and go out to parties drinking and getting off my nut 2 days after baby is born. lol is that silly? x

@lucyspear., I remember calling my mum and telling her expecting to get a right bollocking haha, but she screamed and cried out of happiness, everyone else was a little shocked but half expected it. I moved out when I was 17 to live with my partner, so they knew it was gonna happen at some point 🙈I think I'll have a look on google then thanks! X

Oh yeah the family was in total shock too but never thought I would be a shit mum. After the shock started to fade they were delighted. What I did Hun was googled playgroups and soft play in my area. Also on some local mother groups on Facebook too. Just ignore it hun. I just smile and carry on with whatever I'm doing. Xx

@lucyspear., yeah my family have always been supportive, I mean it was a shock to them but none of them were ever negative about it. I don't know the area at all so I've no idea where playgroups are etc but it's just seems when I go out people are staring 🙄 maybe they're not and I'm just stressing but as you say, doesn't matter how old I am! To be honest,I've had a different experience. the mothers I meet in playgroup etc, who are much older and they are full of compliments. Family and friends too. Even in restaurants people say how brill I am😁 but I can't walk to my local shops without men approaching me saying you look 14 you should be living your life lol, Doesn't matter what age you are at least the child is well looked after xx

@chesscalouise2, oh really? Congrats with that! They seem to grow so quick, Charlie just turned 9 months but it only felt like I was in the hospital a couple months ago, it makes me broody as hell haha!

It doesn't bother me. When I'm 30 I'll look ten years younger haha💆🏼

@lauren1996, good to know there's someone similar? Do you find you get a lot of negativity? Like when his dad's at work and I go town, I get a lot of dirty looks and I know it's cos of my age! Makes me just not want to go out tbh x
