Transgender children So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are your thoughts on the matter? Do u think the parents are behind this? Idk because I haven't met the parents or children. I just think at 5 it's very young for children to really understand. What do u ladies think?
I guess I'm a whore because I got pregnant at a young age
is it wrong to be frustrated that my daughter acts like she can't do certain things with out my help. she plays dumb a lot and I wish I could be like no girl show what you know. she acts like she can't trace or match shapes so shes ask for "mommy finger" to help her so I barely hold her hand and she magically can do it but if I dont hold her hand she just scribbles and acts like she doesnt know the pic is how she traces when I'm "helping her" otherwise it'll just be scribbles all over the page
OMG my 11 year old daughter is not so little anymore, i cant believe aunt flo arrived at such young age for her, sorry for tmi but im just so emotional😱😱😲😲
Family dilemma! Please help! Okay ladies here's the deal. My oldest sister is an addict. Pills, heroine, meth, you name it. She has done unspeakable things to support her habit, exposing her two young sons to her behavior. We tried CPS, but they did nothing. She abandoned her sons years ago, and my other sister took them in until their father decided he wanted custody back. He's not the best father in the world, but he's not an addict.

I'm sorry for your loss and for your children's loss. I do believe that children are amazing little creatures and I think the sooner they cope with it and see that it's OK to be sad and mad but there is still a beautiful life to live in the mean while. With that being said remember they are your children and you get final say. my heart goes out to you

death is a really hard thing to deal with whether you're an adult or a child I lost my father right in front of me when I was just turned 6 years old it's hard and at that age it's confusing I went through a lot of counseling and therapies which helps but the reality didn't really hit me until I was about 9 or 10 years old even though I knew he was gone so I think maybe putting her in therapy at this age would be a good idea to help her deal with it and understand it a little better rather than being told something completely different

I personally think that coping with it now and adding in counseling would be better. Finding out years after the fact when she is old enough to understand being lied to, I think would be worse. While death is hard to cope with, I think being lied to by family would be worse in the long run. She doesn't need to know details of his passing but I don't think avoiding telling her is better.
