my daughter has been on a schedule since 1month old and it has made my life easy since she sleeps all night and her having a schedule makes her a happy baby because she knows how her day will go since it's how every day goes😉 she wakes up at 7,eats,plays till she naps, wakes up eats, play with toys till next nap, eats again plays more then she'll either nap or fight it till bed (6-9pm) when she gets a bath bottle and cuddles before bed.
I've had mine on a feeding schedule since 2 weeks. Sleeping we have gotten down to sleeping thru the night but naps are still pretty crazy. We eat every 3-3 1/2 hours (5oz) then play and nap and repeat. For nighttime bath bottle book and bed (in that order) at 7-745pm. He will sleep until about 5am, feed then back down for another hour or so.
My son fell into his own routine around 3 months and I just kind of followed. He usually wakes up around 9-10 (thank god lol) so he takes his first nap at around 12 and that's his best nap so he usually wakes up around 1:30 or so and then he takes his second nap around 3:30 for about 45 mins-hour. Then he takes his last nap around 6 for about 30-40 mins. Then I start his bed time routine at 8 and he's usually out by 9.
Well when she was 2-4 months she woke up at 7:30-8am every morning. She had three naps 10am, 1pm, and 4pm. She had 4-5 bottles a day and when she was 4 months I introduced baby food so there was that twice a day. During the day we did activites such as tummy time, sitting assited, grasping objects, turning her head to sounds and her name ect. Around 7pm we did bath time, read a story, bottle and she was laying down in bed at 8pm. Now her schedule is different because she's older and she does a lot more.
Wakes up between 8-830, plays until 1030. I start his nap time routine at 1030 and he's asleep by 11. Sleeps until noon. Awake and plays from noon to 2, and then I start his nap time routine again and he sleeps for about an hour and a half. Awake at 330, and I start his last nap at 530. His last nap is only 20-40 minutes long. At 745 I begin his nighttime routine which is bath, lotion, book (if he isn't quite ready yet) and then it's bedtime. It really helps because his body knows when it is time to rest and he knows when to expect certain things
