@jerin i dont mean to be rude but how are you going to be able to take care of a child if you dont have money for food? even if you breastfeed, you have to have food to keep ur supply up... 😐

if you are on medicaid for pregnant women you will get wic and plus they will see that you are barely surviving on ur bf's income @jerin

@b3autifulm3ss my SO lost his job and hasn't had a job in almost 4 months in my pregnancy and he barely got one finally but our water pipes and water heater broke/busted so his checks goes to fixing that along with rent which we have to pay twice a month. Not everyone is in middle class and not everyone has everything they need when life seems good. Sometimes life happens and we have to take risks and survive the best we can

you will be able to get food for yourself until your baby comes then when ur baby comes it will be for the baby and maybe a little bit for you

look up soup kitchens in your area. they serve lunch everyday @jerin

It's called tanf here in Texas it's where you get cash assistance that helps with food, clothing , and other things and they put it on your food stamps card

Ask your worker. I don't know if they have it in Texas

you know when you go to the store and you go to buy your items with your food stamps card and it says food or cash. the cash part of for cash assistance

you should go on their website and apply for tanf to see if you qualify which you should be able to qualify for it @jerin

oh ok. I don't think I signed up for tanf..I didn't know what that was. I was more focused on foodstamps

and when they call for a interview explain your situation and most likely you will get approved because you are barely making it with just food stamps alone @jerin
