My Labor story.

January 10 : it was a normal night I went to the bathroom to pee and I was sitting on the toilet playing a game and after I won I felt a gush just come out @ 11:15pm . I didn't think much of it since I felt no pain, but I was sitting on my phone looking up to see if it was my water that broke for like 10 minutes until I called my mom and asked her she told my SO to take me to the hospital. I got there entered a room changed so they can obverse me, put 2 cotton swabs in my vagina to see if my water broke, even though I was just constantly leaking, as I was waiting for the results I started to have contractions but my cervix was still closed at the time. Anyway my test came back positive my water did break, they moved me to L&D room . Everything was good until around 2 am I started having bad contractions, that not even medicine through the iv gave me relief, once again I was checked and I was 2 cm dilated so they called my OB/GYN to see if they can give me an epidural and they gave it to me and what a relief it was . when she came to see around 5pm I think me she told me I wasn't supposed to have the epidural because they wanted me to hold my baby in until Saturday , that's why she had on the magnesium. Boy was she mad at the nurses for giving me the epidural, lol But she wanted me to hold off until sat. So baby girl can get the 2 shot for her lungs , then at 7:00 a nurse came in to check on me and I told her I was feeling a lot of pressure so she checked me and I was already 9cm. They called my doctor to come and started getting everything prepped for her arrival after pushing for a good while my baby girl was born at 7:51 pm weighing 4.5oz 💕 And to think I was just going to go to bed and not tell my SO & mom about my gush because I didn't think my water had broke 😐lol
