Anybody know any tips/tricks or home remedies for morning sickness? - pickle juice is about all that helped me last pregnancy & this one so any other tips would be greatly appreciated! Thanks☺️
@twillightrose, I don't like mustard so that's out lol I've tried sprite & ginger ale, & don't care for spicy candy but I love spicy food. I've tried lemon jolly ranchers & they helped. I'm gonna grab some crackers on my lunch & hard candy & ginger ale too. The only time I have actually gotten sick is while brushing my teeth, I guess just triggering my gag reflexes. & I haven't had any cravings so far.
@raquely, I'll have to go over to target on my lunch today & grab one to try! Thanks!
sprite, ginger ale, mustard (its wierd but I ate a bowl full everyday and it helped) peanut butter ( keep the jar with you and nibble every so often. It keeps nausea at bay. when you have nausea its because the stomach is empty. ) Crackers or animal crackers! Mints, for my atomic fireballs helped but I craved spicy. What are your cravings though? A lot of times they will pull you out of nausea. I craved spicy and pickled things. If thats the case you might like kimchi. Sweets keep a stash of hard candies. Sometimes your sugar gets low and you need a little boost between meals. They have all sorts of flavors. Cinnamon and mint are my favorites. If you want more on the subject just message me.
@bentsmommaplusone the sea band bracelets didnt do anything for me and i brought them to my ob and she made sure i was wearing them right...they just didnt help me. I got preggie pops from motherhood maternity that helped really well and i bought some popsicle molds and froze fruit in juice and those helped me so much
@raquely, perfect!! Thanks☺️
